The Double Clutch USB gives you the flexibility of shifting between beams and modes to fit your task, as well as choosing your battery source. It offers "Dual Fuel" technology and one handed “glove-friendly” facecap rotation to operate the light. The headlamp additionally offers spot or flood beam and high or low lighting modes.
The Lithium Polymer battery charges inside or outside of the headlamp or three AAA sized batteries can be used for disposable power. The Double Clutch USB headlamp has been specifically engineered to maximize run time and minimize weight with a low profile design and an optimized center of gravity providing maximum wearer comfort and stability during use. The headlamp is packaged with an elastic head strap and rubber helmet strap.
C4 LED technology for extreme brightness.
White C4 LED technology, impervious to shock. Spot beam for distance, and flood beam for up-close lighting – both with high and low modes. Use high mode for bright light and low mode for a longer run time. It remembers the last mode used when you turn it back on.
Spot beam:
- High/Spot: 125 lumens; 82 meter beam; runs 3.5 hours (lithium polymer); 6 hours (alkaline); 1,700 candela
- Low/Spot: 30 lumens; 40 meter beam; runs 10 hours (lithium polymer); 18 hours (alkaline); 400 candela
Flood beam:
- High/Flood: 125 lumens; 31 meter beam; runs 3.5 hours (lithium polymer); 6 hours (alkaline); 250 candela
- Low/Flood: 30 lumens; 4 meter beam; runs 10 hours (lithium polymer); 18 hours (alkaline); 70 candela
Durable, impact-resistant polymer construction. Unbreakable Polycarbonate lens, sealed. IPX4 rated design; water resistant operation. 2 meter impact resistance tested.*

"Dual Fuel" Technology:
Multi-fuel: Powered by USB rechargeable lithium polymer battery; also accepts 3 AAA alkaline or lithium batteries as back-up. Lithium polymer battery features charge status indicator. Locking mechanism on battery compartment opens easily to recharge or replace batteries, but keeps the body from popping open if dropped.
